Maxine Bates is an event planner from Nottingham, UK. In Mensa she has been the Regional Officer for the East Midlands region of British Mensa for the past eleven years, and with her partner Andy Farrell organised the Mensa's Diamond celebrations in 2006. She has also been the Nottingham LocSec for the past twelve years.

Maxine came second in a vote of "Mensa's sexiest girl".
