Maxine Bates is an event planner from Nottingham, UK. In Mensa she has been the Regional Officer for the East Midlands region of British Mensa for the past eleven years, and with her partner Andy Farrell organised the Mensa's Diamond celebrations in 2006. She is also Nottingham Locsec.

Maxine came second in a vote of "Mensa's sexiest girl".
