In American Mensa, a Regional Vice Chairman (RVC) is a member of the American Mensa Committee elected by the members of the local groups within a given region. There are currently ten regions, though these have been realigned at times in the past. (An additional "region", Region 00, is for those members not residing within the United States, or who have chosen by preference not to be part of any local group; this pseudo-region does not have a RVC.)
