Ken enjoys travel but does less of it than he would like to due to work commitments, he counts France, Egypt and Thailand amongst his favourite countries. He is a lifelong antitheist and a Thatcherite and strongly supports Britain's orderly withdrawal from the European fiasco.
Ken is a keen and regular contributor to the Unoff List, a lively email forum for Mensans where he is also a moderator. He has also been recently appointed as an editor of Dmoz the highly regarded web directory.
In autumn of 2009 he commenced what has now become a regular slot as the resident pest control expert on Radio Lancashire having previously appeared on T.V. and in the national press talking about pest control matters.
