Chairman of American Mensa

The Chairman of American Mensa presides over meetings of the American Mensa Committee and the Annual Business Meeting of American Mensa. He or she is a voting member of the AMC, and while it is traditional for the chairman to abstain from voting except in the case of ties, this is not required.
