The International Board of Directors (IBD) is the governing body of Mensa International (as an unincorporated association), and is officially the owners of the incorporated entity Mensa International Limited (MIL). The IBD is composed of several at-large elected officers and national representatives from the different national Mensas, with number of seats per group being based on the group's membership size. The Executive Committee (ExComm) is a smaller group composed of the elected officers, which is the official board of directors of the corporate entity.
