The 1972 Annual Gathering of American Mensa was held in Denver, Colorado at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It lasted from June 30th through July 2nd. There were 225 attendees. Bettie Lee English was the AG chairman. The AG would return to Denver in 2008.
