The Asian Mensa Annual Gathering (AMAG or AMG), originally known as the "Asian Mensa Gathering", was held for the first time in 2011 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with plans to make it an regular event (still undecided as to whether it would be annual or biannual) at different Asian (and Australian, and other places in the general region) cities in future years, similar to the European Mensa Annual Gathering and the Annual Gathering of American Mensa.
