John Thorp is an IT consultant living in London with partner Bronagh Miskelly. Within Mensa he is the Regional Officer for London, the lead organiser for the 2007 British Mensa Annual Gathering, and with Bronagh he organised the Mensa's Golden celebrations in 1996.
