Category pages are filled automatically. If you want to include someone, the correct way to proceed is to create a page with their name as the title, and include a category tag "British Mensans" on that page. (Ie add the text "Category:British Mensans", enclosed in double square brackets, at the foot of the page.) That page will then be included in this category listing.
